adequate stay with significant drawbacks
missing towels subpar cleaning
i had booked a senior suite and it was quite large. the size of the suite was acceptable.
The cleaning wasn't up to par. my towels were taken away, yet they weren't replaced. It became a daily task to request new ones from reception. finding toilet roll meant intercepting the cleaning trolley myself.

the hotel room included a microwave. the hotel had a good exchange rate of money. i would stay again.
the mini market was one minute away, though it lacked variety.

A Mixed Experience
peeling paint stale pastries
The hotel definitely shows its age. My suite looked worn. Paint peeled in the bathroom, and the furniture seemed dated (I half expected to find shag carpeting). the breakfast buffet needs serious improvement. The selection barely changed each day, and the pastries tasted stale. The staff seemed indifferent to complaints.

massive wardrobe friendly staff great food unsafe area filthy cooker night harassment
the bedroom in my apartment was HUGE! it had a really massive wardrobe. the hotel food was great, it's true breakfast choice was kinda limited. i found the staff super friendly and helpful. mini markets were close by!
the area around the hotel did not feel safe at night! it was not good for english families or really anyone. i felt continually harassed when i walked around. our cooker was filthy, i mean seriously.
